Personal and health information is used solely to coordinate the testing you or your physician request: communicating with you, arranging sample collection and shipment, transmitting samples to the appropriate partner laboratory, and returning the lab report to your physician.
3. Sharing with partner laboratories
To perform the tests offered through OncoCyprus, the minimum necessary clinical and identifying information is shared with the internationally accredited partner laboratory selected for your test. These laboratories operate under their own regulatory and privacy frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, or equivalent).
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process personal data on the basis of your explicit consent, the performance of a service you have requested, and our legitimate interests in operating a safe and lawful diagnostic-coordination service. Health data is processed under Article 9(2)(h) GDPR for the purposes of medical diagnosis and the provision of health care.

Personal and clinical information is retained only as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet legal, regulatory, and medical record-keeping obligations.
